Cantina Indigeno - Abruzzo Vino Bianco 2021 (750ml)

The Cantina Indigeno Vino Bianco is an intriguing skin-contact white, crafted solely from organic Trebbiano grapes. Exhibiting a balance of crispness and savory notes, this wine pops with tropical fruit flavors and a hint of salinity, typical of outstanding orange wines.

Indigeno Bianco is birthed through the natural fermentation of white grapes, sans temperature regulation and chemical additives. The grape skins are allowed to mingle for 8 days in open containers. After this period, the wine is separated from the skins, pressed, and shifted to fiberglass vessels. Here, it matures on its lees for 8 months, undergoing a natural settling process. It then receives additional aging in the bottle. Remarkably, no sulfites are added at any stage.
