Tramini & Cserszegi- Pager White 2022 (750ml)

The Páger Winery is a family owned estate located in Mátra and operating on 5 hectares (12.4 acres). From the beginning of our story, in 2017, we cultivate the grapes using only organic, non-absorbable agents, with an eco-approach, striving for as much biodiversity as possible so that the grapes and their environment remain full of life, which we try to preserve in the wine as well. In our cellar, we produce wines without additives, looking for a low sulfur level, mainly in oak barrels from the neighboring mountains of Zemplén (region of Tokaj) and we also assign an increasing role to amphorae. According to our philosophy, the wine should show fruitiness, the terroir and the winemaker at the same time creating alltogether a unity like the body, soul and spirit. We work very carefully with modern winemaking tools following the technology of our grandfathers, so that the relationship between wine and winemaker remains pure as possible. We try to avoid filtration, clarification and any unnecessary human intervention.
