Made with 100% Friulano. Long macerations on the skins, no temperature control, native yeasts, etc., etc. All the usual suspects. Entirely hands-off winemaking.

100% Friulano (white grapes). Spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins, without the temperature control. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, vats are filled and closed, the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3 months. Aged 42 months in oak barrels

Colour Intense orange-yellow with coppery tints. Intense and complex nose with notes of almond, tropical fruit nuances and a pleasant ethereal and slightly spicy. Taste Large, fresh and fruity with an almond aftertaste typical of the vine.
