The 2023 is a remarkably age-worthy red blend that is already displaying impressive depth and refinement despite its youth. Composed of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, the wine opens with vibrant aromas of tart red and black berries, subtle spice, and well-integrated oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and richly structured, with juicy dark fruit layered over broad, polished tannins and elegant notes of vanilla, cedar, and toasted oak from 12 months of aging in large-format French and American oak. Crafted from estate-grown fruit that is destemmed, triple-sorted, and gravity-fed into stainless steel and oak vats, it combines power with remarkable finesse. While already showing exceptional balance and sophistication, this wine will benefit from 3–5 years of cellaring and has the potential to evolve beautifully for 20 to 25 years or more.
