Nicolas Jacob - VDF Gamay 2024 (750ml)

Light in color and naturally low in tannins, Gamay is a grape that thrives under Nico's gentle, hands-off approach to winemaking. The latest vintage comes from grapes grown by Raphaël Saint-Cyr in Bellevue, in the southern reaches of Beaujolais.

The fruit was fermented as whole clusters before being gently pressed into old barrels, where it rested for a year. The result is a beautifully balanced Beaujolais that captures the character of a classic vintage. Plush red berry fruit is complemented by delicate floral aromas, vibrant freshness, and subtle depth, making for an effortlessly elegant and highly drinkable wine.
