Milan Nestarec - "Bel" Moravia White Wine 2022 (1 L)

All estate grown and organically farmed in Moravia, this Czech wine pays homage to winemaker Milan’s roots, using a blend of common local grapes to make a wine “drunk in masses for the masses.” This blend of Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling, and Muller-Thurgau ages on the lees for 8 months before bottling, resulting in a dry and balanced wine. Bĕl is an approachable, easy drinking wine with some salinity and citrus notes. Grab a liter and enjoy with tonkatsu or saag paneer.
