Michi Lorenz's "Schilcher" wine is a rosé from the Steiermark region of Austria, made from the indigenous Blauer Wildbacher grape. While Schilcher is not a red wine, it is not uncommon for it to be described as such because it is made from red grapes and has a vibrant pinkish to ruby hue.
