Matias Riccitelli - "Kungfu" Malbec 2023 (750ml)

Grapes from the vineyards located at high altitude in the Gualtallary GI region, in the Uco Valley, in Mendoza, at an altitude of 1,400 meters, with mainly calcareous soils. No herbicides or active products are used, using an ecological management of vineyards.
The grapes arrive naturally by gravity in small concrete eggs, where fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts at temperatures between 24° and 26°C, fermenting 50% whole grapes and 50% peeled. Infusion is performed where extraction is kept to a minimum. Aging continues on concrete eggs for 8 months. After that, the wines are bottled without the addition of sulphites.
