Muscadet with character: vinified in concrete, farmed organically, aged on lees... this is round, supple, with lots of fresh notes—think chamomile, honeysuckle, green apple, and pomelo. This is a mouth-watering, refreshing wine, an homage to coastal + alluvial France and the real level of quality that Melon de Bourgogne can reach. Delicious with oysters Rockefeller or baked clams, if you're a shellfish person!
