Laurent Lebled - "Ca C'est Bon" VdF Touraine Rouge 2023 (750ml)

This wine is produced within the Touraine appellation but is intentionally declassified as VDF. The label was designed by Michel Tolmer, a famed artist in the natural wine world. The name translates to "We're on The Sand" an old term for the drink running out but also a reference to the wine's sandy soils. Whole-cluster grapes are given 24 days of full carbonic maceration in stainless steel before pressing and aging in fiberglass.
