La Ferme des Sept Lunes Glou is crafted entirely from Gamay harvested from the estate's youthful vines. Two-thirds of these grapes are de-stemmed, while the remaining third is fermented as whole clusters, with the wine subsequently aged in tanks. The moniker "Glou" alludes to its irresistibly quaffable nature. Indeed, this wine is temptingly easy to drink and is most delightful when shared in a laid-back setting with cherished friends or loved ones.
