Crafted solely from Petite Arvine grapes, grown in the steep Rovettaz vineyard at altitudes ranging from 550 to 700 meters, basking in the full southern exposure. The wine undergoes an extended and spontaneous fermentation process on the lees, with regular stirring ("batonage") during the initial month in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, 30% of the wine is transferred to barriques, with half of them being new. Exhibiting a vibrant and aromatic profile, with prominent hints of citrus and fennel, this wine boasts a robust structure that allows for both youthful enjoyment and the potential for aging gracefully over time
