Pull a cork and experience regeneration. Soft, ripe tannins with enough hillside backbone to age for a decade. A nose of blackberries, black cherry, cedar and French oak. A palate mirroring the nose along with a subtle earthy component lending complexity.
Black garnet color. Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of mixed berry tart, bramble, elderflower, caramel latte, and cocoa-dusted plum with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a warming, complex, long finish that shows notes of challah with butter and preserves and gingerbread with well-integrated tannins and moderate oak flavor.
