This wine is certified organic and crafted exclusively from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. These vines, aged 35 years and older, thrive in gravelly soil layered with clay and sand. Beneath the surface, they reach down to a depth of 5 meters before encountering limestone.

The winemaking process relies on indigenous yeast, with the grapes being carefully de-stemmed. The fermentation and aging take place in large 5000L barrels, imparting distinct characteristics to the wine.
