Ernest Vineyards - "Edaplias" Carignane Trimble Vineyards 2021 (750ml)

The Trimble Vineyard, just East of Hopland, CA was planted in 1941 or 1942, depending on which member of the Trimble family you ask. The old sprawl plantings of head pruned vines are certified organic through CCOF and entirely dry farmed on well drained, loamy soils. The Mediterranean climate, provides warm days and cool nights, culminating in a later harvest that comes in just ahead of the fall frost. 180 cases production.
