Centovigne Castello di Castellengo - "Miranda" Erbaluce Bianco 2021 (750ml)

This Erbaluce, sourced from the Mottalciata Vineyard situated at an altitude of 250 - 300 meters, is processed with de-stemmed grapes that undergo fermentation using native yeasts. It's aged for six months in concrete, resulting in a wine that exudes aromas of stone fruit and delicate white flowers, and has a medium body.
