Cappellano Barolo Chinato is a legacy passed down through generations, crafted by the Cappellano family since the late 1800s. This Barolo Chinato, infused with a secret blend of spices and medicinal herbs, is made following a family recipe that remains closely guarded. Produced by the fifth-generation winemaker, Augusto Cappellano, the estate’s vineyards in Serralunga d’Alba are farmed organically and follow the principles of “Vini Veri.” The wine undergoes traditional vinification with indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur use, and long aging in large, old botte.
