Guillaume and Aude Lavollée are the fourth-generation winegrowers at Génot-Boulanger. All their wines come directly from their own estate vineyards, stretching across the three Burgundy côtes, from Chambolle Musigny, through their main estate in Meursault, and extending to Mercurey.
