The Tabor Mt. Tabor Chardonnay is all Chardonnay, plucked from the vineyards nestled in the Lower Galilee. The wine itself is a breezy hay green color, so light it's practically see-through. You get those classic chardonnay vibes from its scent, with a bit of buttery undertone, oak, apples, possibly some melon, and even a splash of lime. All these contribute to a pretty clean scent. As for the taste, it's like hello, acid! Right off the bat. No buildup, just straight into the acidity, which rides strong from start to finish. In the middle, the acidity is so intense it's kind of hard to taste anything else. If tart wines are your jam, you're gonna love this Mt. Tabor Chardonnay.
