The Kanosuke New Born certainly put this distillery on the map as a fresh face to watch out for, but their 2021 single malt really knocked it out of the park. Hints of red pepper, passionfruit, peaches, vanilla, and pinewood on the nose. The palate carries the same passionfruit notes, coupled with raspberry and maple, concluding with a delightful, long-lasting brown sugar finish.
