Crafted by Josh Phelps, this Sauvignon Blanc reveals aromas of ripe white nectarine and tropical guava, accentuated with zesty notes of lime and Meyer lemon. On the palate, the wine is lively and invigorating, culminating in a persistent finale with subtle traces of jasmine, crisp green apple, and ripe Bosc pear. Collected in the brisk hours of the early dawn, the grapes were swiftly transported to the cellar for immediate pressing. The pristine juice underwent fermentation at low temperatures in insulated stainless-steel vats, ensuring the preservation of its dynamic freshness and sharp natural tartness characteristic of this exemplary Sauvignon Blanc.
