This intense garnet red Barbera features violet tones and a complex array of aromas such as blackberries, plums, and liquorice, with a hint of graphite. It boasts a full body with a long, fresh aftertaste. Produced biodynamically, the grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a four-week maceration and natural fermentation. The wine is aged for a year in old oak barrels and bottled with minimal sulphur in accordance with the lunar calendar.
