The viticulture follows a lutte-raisonnée approach, with all work, including harvest, being done by hand. The vinification process involves destemming of grapes, then subjecting them to cold maceration and fermentation for a duration of 15 to 20 days. Finally, the wine is aged sur lies in 3-4 year old French oak barrels for a period of 10 to 15 months, ensuring a rich and nuanced character.
