He innovated by using chestnut blossoms during the bottling process as a natural alternative to sulfur for stabilizing wine. Made exclusively from Loureiro grapes in Vinho Verde, this wine features the aroma of white flowers, coupled with vibrant acidity and a hint of lemon zest on the palate.
