Bodega Murga - "Let It Blend" Valle de Pisco Wine 2020 (750ml)

As its name suggests, this is a blend of 50% Mollar, 25% Quebranta, and 25% Negra Criolla. Hand harvested, maceration with the skins for 12 days and co-fermented with native yeasts in tank followed by short aging in stainless tanks and concrete eggs until bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero/zero. In appearance, it is cherry in color with orange reflections. On the nose, aromas of red fruit compote and mineral notes. On the palate it is dry, medium tannin with notes of wild red fruits, red apple, and herbal aromas. Medium-long finish. Total production is 667 bottles.
