This Zibibbo wine is crafted from sixty-year-old bush vines, located on one of the highest elevations of the island. The wine undergoes a unique seven-month skin contact aging process in Spanish terracotta amphorae, which are strategically buried in the vineyard by winemaker Gabrio. The result is a compact and elegant wine, where the characteristic aromatics of the Zibibbo grape are expressed in a refined manner. On the palate, it presents a firm texture, abundant in flavors of citrus, salt, and herbs.
