Alex Moreau - Bourgogne Passetoutgrain 2021 (750ml)

Moreau's Passetoutgrain is generally comprised of 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Gamay. Alex shares that the Gamay used is cultivated "behind Morgeot, close to the tennis courts." This wine doesn't encounter any fresh oak.

Brothers Alex and Benoit Moreau have proficiently managed this pristine Domaine (now named in honor of their father) in Chassagne-Montrachet since 1999. Benoit oversees the vineyards while Alex takes charge of the cellaring and winemaking. Their diligence, combined with superior vineyard acquisitions, has propelled their family's Domaine to be recognized as one of Burgundy's finest. Their Chardonnays exude a distinctive vibrancy that mirrors their origin flawlessly. Their reds are pristine depictions of Pinot Noir's graceful charm.

The establishment of the Domaine dates back to 1809.
