This wine originates from 35-year-old vines spread across 0.5 hectares of chalky clay soils in the Chêne Marchand and Grand Chemarin vineyards. Harvested by hand in mid-September, the fermentation process spans 15-20 days, managed with temperature control in 30% acacia barrels and 70% stainless steel. The wine is then left to mature on lees for seven months and undergoes light filtration before bottling.
