Chateau Champ Des Treilles - “Le Petit Champ” Bordeaux Rouge 2020 (750ml)

60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot

From 29 year old vines planted to 6.65ha of limestone and clay soils. The grapes are handpicked into small “cagettes” and then hand-sorted and de-stemmed before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel with native yeasts, lasting four weeks under temperature control. Aged in a stainless steel for 11 months with light filtration at bottling.
