This unique blend of 50% Blaufrankisch and 50% Sankt Laurent comes from biodynamic vineyards in Gols, near Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland. The wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel for 10 months and then bottled unfiltered without any added sulfur. Far from being a typical, simple pink wine for casual sipping, this one offers a rich, textured complexity. It's still incredibly enjoyable and lively, bursting with flavors of red fruit, rhubarb, and a hint of funkiness.
