The wine opens with earthy, mineral-driven aromas layered with vibrant notes of cherry and red berries that burst across the palate. Silky tannins and subtle spice lend finesse, while a long, graceful finish defines its balance.
Farmed organically with meticulous attention in ideally situated vineyards, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged for one year in used 500-liter Stockinger barrels, preserving purity, texture, and a true sense of place.
