Scarlet- Fernet Amaro Liqueur (700ml)

A bold Japanese take on the classic Fernet style, this intensely bitter herbal liqueur showcases a complex blend of more than 30 botanicals. With gentian restricted in Japan, ingredients such as chicory and aloe are used to achieve the firm bitterness that defines the category. Nearly half of the botanicals are grown at Iseya Distillery’s farm in Kanagawa, then macerated in a combination of aged and unaged spirits over alternating periods before being sweetened with kokuto sugar and rested in stainless steel tanks for at least 10 days.

The result is deeply aromatic and layered, offering spicy, sweet notes reminiscent of cola gummies alongside cooling herbs, roots, and a classic bittersweet Fernet profile. Rich yet balanced, it delivers a lingering herbal finish that rewards slow sipping.
