This wine exhibits a diverse aromatic profile, spanning from cranberry to pomegranate, complemented by a floral nuance, a touch of mineral, and a subtle hint of pyrazine. Its texture is light and refined, characterized by somewhat astringent tannins and a moderate finish. The 2021 vintage experienced low yields, partly due to frost and also due to stringent sorting. This vintage saw no whole clusters in the fermentation, and the fermentation periods were brief, with some lasting only five days.
