Its aroma is graceful, characterized by fresh red fruits like strawberries and raspberries, intertwined with subtle spice undertones and a whisper of vanilla from its aging in French oak barrels. This wine boasts a light body, balanced acidity, and gentle tannins, resulting in a smooth, silky palate experience. The finish is lasting, where flavors of fresh red fruit, vanilla, and spices resurface. Ideally served at temperatures between 14°C and 15°C. It complements dishes such as oily fish, pasta, and white meats perfectly.
