Grape Composition: Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Gewurztraminer. Winemaking Process: The grapes are handpicked, sorted, and destemmed before undergoing fermentation in tanks. The wine is matured on fine lees for 9 months in a combination of concrete and oak containers. It is bottled without any added sulfur and remains both unfined and unfiltered.
