Named "The Great Escape," this cuvée is sourced primarily from the cool-climate village of Grauves—where Etienne's grandparents planted the family's original vineyards—along with select parcels across Champagne and a perpetual reserve begun in 2011. Aged for nearly two years on its fine lees, with 25% matured in oak and the balance in stainless steel, it offers remarkable depth and precision. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and toasted brioche lead to a vibrant palate marked by crisp citrus, chalky minerality, fine mousse, and a long, refreshing finish.
