Bodega Pablo Fallabrino - Uruguay Tannat 2018 (750ml)

Viñedo de los Vientos, a family-run winery since 1920, traces its roots back to Piedmont. Situated near the Atlantic Ocean in Uruguay, the vineyards benefit from a notably cool climate. Their Tannat grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in both stainless steel and new French oak barrels. This dry red wine pairs exceptionally well with Uruguay's renowned grilled beef.
