The 2023 Albert Boxler Sylvaner Linsenland “Yuki Akita” is an expressive, beautifully precise white wine from Niedermorschwihr in Alsace. Made from 100% organically farmed Sylvaner grown on granite soils, the wine is produced by Yuki Akita, who works alongside Jean Boxler.

It offers bright aromas of white peach, green apple, citrus, white flowers, and wet stone, followed by a fresh, energetic palate marked by crisp acidity, saline minerality, and a long, clean finish. Naturally fermented and aged on fine lees, it combines purity and texture with the stony character typical of Boxler’s wines.
