Van Brunt Stillhouse - "Empire Rye" Brooklyn New York Whiskey (750ml)

Their Rye is made to the standards set by the Empire Rye Whiskey Association: 75% New York State grown rye, cask strength of less than 115 proof and aged for at least 2 years. They use malted barley for the rest of the grain bill. Spicy on the palate with sweet floral nose, hints of coffee and chocolate, with raisins and cherries, and a lovely toasted almond finish.
