The estate’s first bottling was in 1996, and Terenzuola practices organic agriculture. Organic fertilizers, sulfur and copper-based products are used, and the vines see no systemic plant protection products. Very low doses of SO2 are used to preserve the wines. Cryo-maceration and temperature controlled fermentation present a crystal clear window into this seaside terroir; you can taste the essence of the sea with this wine's notions of salinity and minerals. Aged on the fine lees for 6 months and aged in stainless steel, this is clean, light, tangy and fresh. Only 5600 cases produced annually.
