Chenin Blanc (experiencing approximately six hours of skin exposure), Grenache Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc, each of which underwent fermentation in oak barrels. At present, this wine resonates beautifully with stone fruit accents such as peach and apricot, complemented by a delicate hint of melon. This is indeed a sophisticated product, presenting a pleasing lees-induced texture, a hint of honey on the tasting, and a brisk conclusion.
