From our organically grown Boxer Pinot Noir vineyard, a stunning rolling hill side on volcanic soils over shallow limestone, carbonic macerated for its entire fermentation of approx. 3.5 weeks. It is then pressed directly to stainless steel where it is stored to retain all his energy and tension.
It has an explosive bouquet of petals, raspberries and salinity. Absolute thirst quencher and light tannins, the Ooh La La Noir is what we like to drink when the party is ON !
