Nuova Cappelletta - Barbera de Monferrato 2019 (750ml)

This Barbera comes from the Montalbava and Collina vineyards. The vineyard's exposure and soil composition allow for the production of a medium-bodied wine suitable for moderate aging.

Following the alcoholic fermentation with a fairly extended maceration period, depending on the vintage's characteristics, the wine is aged in steel tanks and wooden barrels for at least six months.

Bottling takes place in the following summer after the harvest, and the wine is further aged in the bottle for at least six months.
