Raicilla La Venenosa was created by chef Esteban Morales in 2011. The idea is to publicize these wonderful distillates from the Jalisco mountains. Esteban toured much of the state of Jalisco in search of the best Raicilla producers in each region. The result is a unique collection of 6 Raicilla expressions. Each expression, as different as its origin and its tavern master, reflects the different distillation techniques used to make this great distillate.
