For over 40 years Jean-Luc and his wife Marie-Francoise have farmed their seven hectares of vines in the heart of Cognac's top cru Grande Champagne. In 1994 they converted to organic agriculture and are convinced their brandies have never been better. The exceptional quality of their terroir and grapes shines through in the family tradition bottling comprised of spirits aged from anywhere between ten and twenty years. The notes are a heady mix of spring flowers and the seasons first fruits still fresh from the morning's dew with hints of brush, vanilla and mineral. It is as if they've put the vineyard straight into your bottle.
