From vineyards planted on marl soils around 400 meters above sea level. The maceration lasts 15-20 days followed by fermentation in steel tanks. Aged for two years in Slavonian oak barrels (30hl), then 7-8 months in small 7.5hl barrels and then finally aged in bottle for at least six months.
