The wine is crafted using a unique blend of winemaking techniques. One part of the wine undergoes Carbonic Maceration, utilizing a combination of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes, while another part is produced using the Direct Press Rosé technique with Merlot grapes. A small amount of Direct Press Auxerrois is also added to the blend. The fermentation process is carried out using natural ambient yeasts and a mix of stainless steel and neutral barrels. After blending, the wine is treated with a small amount of SO2 before being bottled.
